Obtaining Cannabis in Florida

You must be a resident of the state. You will need to provide proof of residency, such as a driver’s license, a state issued I.D., a passport or some other form of photo identification. You must be diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a qualified physician who must then enter you into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry.

Marijuana is prohibited under federal law but is legal under Amendment 2 in Florida. Due to the federal statues, we are unable to accept any insurance for medical marijuana recommendations.

Most appointments range from 15 to 20 minutes. This will vary from patient to patient and is determined by your qualifying condition.

Florida law allows for 2.5 ounces of flower every 35 days. Your qualified physician can order up to six 35-day supplies of smokable medical marijuana with each certification. Qualified patients can have no more than 4 ounces of medical marijuana at any given time.
